Hanger steak, cooked in red wine, rosemary, thyme, shallots, served in thick slices.
Roasted red potatoes, garlic, olive oil, rosemary.
Mixed green salad, mesclun greens with balsamic vinaigrette.

FINGER SANDWICHES

Cute little sandwiches cut into approx 2“ squares for quick pickup mid-sentence.
Varieties include but not limited to:
PB&J, prosciutto & mozzarella, tuna salad with house made pickles, chicken salad with white cheddar, or cucumber and cream cheese - just like Granny used to make!
